Infrared Sauna
How Infrared Sauna Therapy Works
Infrared sauna therapy uses gentle, radiant heat to warm the body from the inside out โ rather than heating the air like traditional saunas. This deeper warmth reaches muscles, joints, and connective tissue, supporting your bodyโs natural healing, relaxation, and recovery at a cellular level.
Infrared wavelengths stimulate the mitochondria (the energy centres of your cells), helping them produce more ATP โ your bodyโs natural energy fuel.
This helps to:
โข Boost circulation and oxygen delivery
โข Reduce inflammation and tension
โข Support cellular repair and muscle recovery
As your body warms, blood vessels naturally expand, increasing nutrient-rich blood flow to tired muscles and stiff joints. At the same time, the body releases heat through gentle sweating, encouraging detoxification, lymphatic drainage, and clearer, glowing skin.
The heat is soothing, calm and deeply therapeutic, allowing you to unwind while your body restores balance, reduces pain, and enhances long-term wellbeing.
